A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Financial Executive for a prominent bank in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of SPM qualification and at least 3 years of sales or banking experience. Responsibilities include promoting bancassurance products, engaging with customers, and providing financial advice. The role offers a basic salary of RM3000-RM5000 along with incentive trips and medical coverage.

About the Employer
The employer is one of the biggest bank in Malaysia with more than 400 branch across Malaysia is now Hiring for Personal Banker to be stationed in their branch across Malaysia.
- Basic Salary of RM3000-RM5000 (not including commissions, bonuses, and cash incentives)
- Yearly incentive trips and performance bonus

Job Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
- Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential prospects for sales
- Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
- Build business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up-selling activities
- Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification (possesses at least 5 passes including BM) with at least 3years working experience
- Banking or Sales Experience minimum for 3 years
- Experience in sales and customer service would be an added advantage
- Result-driven with a strong interest in Sales and Marketing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mandarin speaking ability is a plus!
- Possess own transport and willing to travel where required
