Job summary
A technology repair company in Selangor is seeking an Electronic Repair Technician to diagnose and repair computer and video game console components. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in hardware repairs, software troubleshooting, and ability to perform detailed component replacements. We offer a competitive salary up to RM5,500 and benefits including overtime pay, annual leave, and bonuses. This position requires working days from Tuesday to Saturday.

- Experience in diagnosing hardware and software issues in computer/video game console components.
- Able to perform soldering and de-soldering of microchips and other devices.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting operating system errors and application malfunctions.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools.
- Perform component-level repairs on circuit boards.
- Replace damaged components ensuring functionality.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues using debugging techniques.
Skills
Location: Selangor / Puchong (Computer / Mobile / Video Game Console).
Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,500 (from entry to senior level, based on years of experience).
- Proficiency in computer/video console hardware repair and software troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
- Ability to perform component replacement on computer/video game components accurately and efficiently.
- Work 5 days a week (Tuesday to Saturday) with Sunday & Monday off-days.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in computer/video game console components using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge to identify the root cause of problems.
- Perform component-level repairs, including soldering and de-soldering of microchips, connectors, and other surface-mounted devices on circuit boards.
- Replace damaged or malfunctioning components such as screens, batteries, and charging ports, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, including operating system errors, application malfunctions, and connectivity problems, using software flashing and debugging techniques.
