SFI Food Sdn. Bhd. serves as a logistics and services hub for its parent/sub-holding group (linked via SFI Supplies Management Pte Ltd).The company specializes in quality assurance (QA) services, project services, warehousing, and cold-storage. It provides management and logistics support to affiliated companies in the group, Maison Denis.
We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire the right talent to support our business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in similar manufacturing industry.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process that includes job postings, sourcing, interview, offer negotiation, on-boarding and offboarding.
- Identify potentials through variety of recruitment channels, improve screening process, casual engagement and establish network with recruiter agency as to tap beneficial info on the market competitiveness in talent acquisitions.
- Match potentials according to job specification, point of entry [education level], cultural fit, working experience, added value info i.e. competency certificate, success story related to the position required, conducting references check & credits.
- Actively promote the company as an attractive workplace to attract, engage, and retain top talent. Responsible to develop, discuss with respective HODs, recommend for mandate, and control the Annual Manpower Planning as basis to strategize recruitment activities.
- Schedule and partner with the L&D officer in engagement strategy with the local higher learning institution to identify potentials under apprenticeship, management trainee or skill workers as talent supply or pipeline for respective entities.
- Build rapport with government or non-government agencies i.e. Labour Office/Talent Corp/SOCSO /HRDF to understand further about incentive or grant available in the market.
- Develop, update and follow through monthly recruitment dashboard for management consumption.
- Undertake assignment from the Head of Human Resources as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, combined with more than 5 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding, and knowledge of labor law.
- Good analytical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices). Able to identify the resources and time requirements to deliver the objectives.
- Able to develop good rapport and connection with talents.
- Having good networking with student affairs officers of higher learning institutions or experienced in recruitment agencies would be an added advantage.
