Job summary
A leading nitrile glove manufacturer in Sepang is seeking individuals to manage customer demand and execute production schedules. Responsibilities include planning customer demand, managing inventory, and ensuring production outputs meet client expectations. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to facilitate timely shipments and accurate data entry. - Plan customers demand in accordance to product requirement.
- Derive monthly production schedule for the execution of dipping plants.
- Commit a reasonable ETD for customer demand in accordance to capacity availability.
- Firm the customer sales order in AX system.
- Input daily production output in the respective product spread sheet.
- Ensure correctness when entering data (quantity & sizes) in respective product spread sheet.
- Discuss with Sales & Marketing for any potential shipment required delays.
- Conduct daily short discussion with the respective QCP Executives.
- Attend weekly shipment meeting chaired by shipping department.
- Inform purchasing on any packaging required advance delivery.
- Keep track of inventory movement on a daily basis.
- Submit a summary inventory status to Director Manufacturing.
- Work closely with compounding head on raw material planning.

- Conduct daily short discussion with the respective QCP Executives, shipping & packaging section on shipment status.
- Attend weekly shipment meeting which is chair by shipping department.
- Inform purchasing on any packaging required advance delivery due to special production run.
- Keep track of inventory movement (work in progress & temporary packing) on a daily basis.
- Submit a summary inventory status to Director Manufacturing/Senior Manager – Operation on a monthly basis.
- Work closely with compounding head on raw material planning.
