A reputable banking institution in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking a motivated sales representative to engage with customers and recommend suitable mortgage products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mortgage sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the mortgage application process and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in mortgage/financial sales or a similar consultative sales role.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, products, and regulatory environment.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
Responsabilités
- Identify and engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs.
- Evaluate customer financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Guide customers through the mortgage application and approval process.
Connaissances
- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and property goals
- Evaluate customer financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products and solutions
- Guide customers through the entire mortgage application and approval process
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products and features
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and seamless experience for clients
- Proven track record in mortgage/financial sales or a similar consultative sales role
- Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, products, and regulatory environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their financial goals
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
