Job summary

A leading construction company in Malaysia is urgently hiring a Resident Engineer (C&S). In this role, you will supervise, inspect, and coordinate site works to ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in site supervision. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is essential. This position is offered on a contract basis, renewable according to project needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in site supervision, preferably with a property developer and/or construction contractor.
  • Strong understanding of project implementation processes and site coordination.
  • Willing to travel and/or relocate based on project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate site works to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and witness site testing activities.
  • Prepare and issue construction work schedules.
  • Inspect materials delivered to the site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality.
