Development Manager (Premium High Rise Dev - Property)

This property firm supplies end-to-end development services, initially serving as a professional consultant offering everything from feasibility analysis to project and sales management. Over time, the group expanded its role, actively participating in property ownership and execution across mixed‑use commercial, residential, and industrial ventures.

Responsibilities
  • Project Initiation & Feasibility: Conduct detailed feasibility studies (financial modeling, risk assessment, and market analysis) to determine project viability and potential ROI.
  • Manage the entire land acquisition and due diligence process, including site selection, zoning compliance, and entitlement procedures.
  • Execution & Financial Control: Oversee the project management and construction phase, tracking schedules, managing contracts, and monitoring quality control.
  • Maintain rigorous budgetary and cash flow control, identifying and mitigating financial risks throughout the development timeline.
  • Stakeholder & Sales: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government bodies, community groups, and internal leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to formulate the project’s strategy for successful leasing or disposal of the completed product.
