Duties & Responsibility :
  • Understand each key department (e.g.: Nursery operation management, Farm production, Planning, QC/QA, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction) day to day operations, work processes, work principles & KPI.
  • Gaining experience and perspective by working in different departments.
  • Taking and passing tests and evaluation (oral or paper examination) to pursue in the program.
  • Attending lectures and internal training that will aid in their development.
  • Learning to produce reports, create projects and oral presentations.
  • Observing and training with experienced staff to learn about the standards, procedures and methods used to be effective within each department.
  • Collaborating with Managers to plan the manpower & work force for the Company.
  • Aiding in the process of developing and instituting policies, performance goals and objectives.
  • Analysing company reports to evaluate the company's activities such as farm output quantity, sales quantity, process efficiency, quality control, process control, inventory control, etc.
  • Identifying trends and then developing recommendations based on the information gathered.
  • Learning about the various functions and operations for all employees, as well as the practices and policies that impact each phase of the business.
  • Assist in any duties assigned by superior from time to time
