We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage our data systems, explore new software/technology, and ensure the integrity of our information technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for gathering data from various departments, analyzing it, and presenting it in a way that helps our leadership team track performance and improve efficiency.

• Maintain the health, security, and performance of the company's cross-platform cloud architecture (AWS, Huawei, Microsoft Azure)
• Responsible for daily operation of server and databases.
• Export data from database and generate report to user.
• Responsible for monitoring backup data (internal and external).
• Perform system analysis, system testing and improvement enhancement.
• In charge of infrastructure troubleshooting and support.
• Networking support, implementing, and administering as well as design IT network infrastructure.
• Create, update and maintain IT Documentation.
• Update, maintain and perform Computer Inventory periodically.
• Handling internal email system, network infrastructure, Firewall and Antivirus Server.
• Identify and leverage technological innovations to gain a competitive operational advantage.

• Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
• Software Development Life Cycle data analysis and ERP hands on knowledge is required.
• Excellent communication, documentation and negotiation skills are critical.
• Strong verbal and written skills to explain technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge with SQL Database environment.
• Solid understanding of information architecture.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
