Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Petaling Jaya is looking for candidates to join their customer service team. The role involves handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess at least SPM and have good communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome as full training will be provided. The position requires shift work and is located in Ara Damansara.

This job is all about helping customers! You’ll answer calls about their questions and concerns, ensuring they get great service. You might like this job because you’ll work with a team and make a real difference in customer satisfaction!

• Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
• To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
• Required language(s): English (able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage).
• Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
• Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts and off day
• Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1.5 hour lunch for rest.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor
