Summary

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent service to the guests. The Telephone Operator is responsible for providing excellent guest service by managing guest inquiries and handling various administrative tasks as well as interacting with guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Qualifications
  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
  • Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Work experience in customer service field within luxury hotels is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
