This role is responsible to identify International Market on the business opportunities and builds Distributor & Key Customer relationships. This person portrays interest in food and experience in food service is preferred.

Job Description:

  • Managing Distributor on the Primary & Secondary sales planning.
  • Strategize Route-to-Market and Go-to-Market, brand building via trade activities, campaign collaboration, and participating Exhibitions.
  • Understand and analyse local regulations which applies to product, logistic and entire value chain model.
  • Research and build relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Drive Solution / Concept selling via Ideation sessions and manage entire process from initial stage to launch stage.
  • Co-ordinate with internal business support from chef, R&D, Marketing, and related functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations to support the business growth plan.
  • Conduct market studies and need-based solutions for the mass market product or OEM project.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with minimum 1 year in key account management experience.
  • Must be willing to travel around Asia & International frequently & as when necessary.
  • Possess customer management skills with solid selling essentials skills and negotiation skills.
  • Possess knowledge and experience in Foodservice industry will be added advantage.
  • Good learning attitude and have strong business entrepreneur mindset.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
  • Required language(s): English and Malay.
  • Computer literate and competent in MS Office.
