Robert Walters has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive (Surgical-Operating Room Supplies (ORS), Sterile Goods Management (SGM), and Neurosurgery), to join our client for a permanent role. Role Objective

As a Senior Sales Executive for ORS (Consumables), SGM (Instruments), Neuro & Power tools, and Minimally Invasive Surgery, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships in the surgical sector, achieving yearly targets, and supporting surgeries as needed across the Perak region. As well as build the portfolio to greater heights within the business.

Your key responsibilities
  • Grow, defend, and develop the sales within the given territory by achieving yearly sales targets within the department and product portfolios, in this case, Operating Room Supplies (ORS), Sterile Goods Management (SGM), and Neurosurgery.
  • Foster good business networking and business relationships with the customers, as well as maintain good customer relationships through trust and credibility building, as well as identify key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • Regularly attending industry events, trainings, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
  • Attend surgery ethically and diligently in the surgery according to the company and hospital SOP whenever needed by the hospitals and surgeons to achieve the best outcome to the customers and patients.
  • Ensure the successful implementation and execution of sales/service strategies defined by the Business Units Managers / General Manager.
What you will bring to the team
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business or Science.
  • Min 3 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
  • Various selling techniques and be able to apply/demonstrate them during business/product promotion to customers.
  • Strive to innovate in business and aspire to lead a team in the future.
