Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for tracking and implementing project requirements, capable of independently coordinating with clients and internal engineers.
- Follow up on the output of project design documents from the engineering team.
- Handle on-site application issues and provide design improvement suggestions.
- Assess project staffing requirements.
- Follow up on product design BOM summarization and cost collection.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal resources to ensure smooth project operations.
- Travel to client sites to oversee project setup, independently complete client-requested reports and other verification tasks, and communicate findings and feedback.
- Maintain good and ongoing cooperative relationships with CM (contract manufacturers) and end customers, and provide effective information or resources as needed.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in electronics and information technology, mechanical automation, or test automation engineering.
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Experience in project management for non-standard industries and A-tier clients;
- Ability to communicate in English, proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST preferred (Write/ Speak / Listen). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong planning and execution capabilities, excellent communication and coordination skills, strong analytical abilities, ability to handle pressure, and effective problem-solving skills.
