Job summary

Responsibilities
- Identify potential products to be developed in the assigned category.
- Prepare monthly review and provide counter measure.
- Supplier negotiation to achieve best supply & support.
- Supplier discussion on new item innovation, promotions, and product purchasing.
- Weekly target sales and quantity allocation for store to achieve by making weekly production plan.
- Day to day operational issue support to smoothen the operational task.
- Weekly & Monthly review on sales & counter measure including store best practice.
- Weekly ordering planning for store.
- Preparing layout and equipment for new stores opening / renovation.
- Check the execution of monthly promotion plan.
- Provide sales counter measure as and when necessary.
- Store visit to store and checking on the selling floor and backroom condition.
- Support on special projects to improved department sales & activity.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree in any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience as buyer / merchandiser or equivalent.
- Customer focused, strong oral communications with demonstrated ability to lead/influence and a team player.
- Ability to manage complex and competing priorities whilst building simple strategies to improve results.
- Possess own transport and able to work in Maluri, Cheras.
