Role Description

We are seeking a versatile Creative & Social Media Executive to develop impactful visuals and digital content that resonate with our target audience. This role will collaborate closely with Marketing, Branding, and Customer Relations to support promotional campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement.

  • Design and produce marketing materials from concept to final output, including menus, posters, leaflets, stickers, digital assets, and other collateral for both new and existing outlets.
  • Work with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns, including photo and video content.
  • Handle photography, videography, editing (image, video, and audio), ensuring high-quality output for campaigns.
  • Coordinate with mall A&P teams on digital content and joint promotional initiatives.
  • Manage and update company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), sharing updates on promotions, events, and new store openings.
  • Act as page administrator – monitor, engage, and respond to customer comments across social media, company website, and Google My Business.
  • Collect and analyze data from social media and internal platforms to support targeted marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Project/Design) to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Arts, Design, Creative Multimedia, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro), and related multimedia tools.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Creative thinker with strong digital awareness and design sensibilities.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Independent yet a good team player with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and possess own transport.
  • Open to Malaysian citizens only.
