A fast-growing technology company is looking for a Talent Sourcer in Mexico. This remote role involves sourcing and engaging candidates for various positions. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in technology recruitment and proficiency in both Spanish and English. Zencore is a fast-growing company founded by former Google Cloud leaders, architects, and engineers. We are seeking candidates with significant experience in Google Cloud to join our team. Our engagements aim to eliminate obstacles, reduce risk, and accelerate timelines for customers transitioning to Google and seeking assistance with data and application modernization. We embed within customer teams to provide strategic guidance, facilitate technology decisions, and execute projects in a collaborative, co-development style.
Who we need,
Zencore is currently looking for a Talent Sourcer in Mexico. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be a key player in our recruitment team, responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for various roles across the organization. You will utilize your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and market research to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Note: This is a Contract Role. 3 month contract with option to renew. We only need 10-15 hours a week out of this employee
You MUST be located in Mexico to be considered for this role
