We are hiring a Recruiter focused on US‑based roles, primarily within tech and Go‑to‑Market (GTM) functions. You will work directly with the founders as part of their early‑stage team and help shape how they build and scale their AI‑powered recruiting engine.
You’ll be working remotely from Latin America with flexible hours, but with regular overlap with US Pacific Time, including some evenings and occasional weekend touchpoints to reach candidates.
