Una empresa de tecnología emergente busca un Ingeniero de Software con experiencia en JavaScript o TypeScript para unirse a su equipo. La posición es completamente remota y ofrece la flexibilidad de trabajar entre 15 y 40 horas por semana mediante un contrato. Los candidatos deben tener atención extrema a los detalles y excelentes habilidades de escritura, además de al menos 4 años de experiencia en ingeniería de software. No se requiere experiencia previa en RLHF o capacitación en IA.

Formación

• Mínimo 4 años de experiencia profesional en ingeniería de software.
• Se requiere capacidad de leer documentación y especificaciones.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fully asynchronous, low-oversight remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Comparar y clasificar múltiples fragmentos de código, explicando cuál es el mejor y por qué.
• Reparar y refactorizar el código generado por IA por corrección, eficiencia y estilo.
• Inyectar retroalimentación en el pipeline RLHF y mantenerlo funcionando sin problemas.

Software Engineer, AI

Train large-language models (LLMs) to write production-grade code.

• Compare & rank multiple code snippets, explaining which is best and why.
• Repair & refactor AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and style.
• Inject feedback (ratings, edits, test results) into the RLHF pipeline and keep it running smoothly.

End result: the model learns to propose, critique, and improve code the way you do.

What is Needed

• 4+ years of professional software-engineering experience.
• Extreme attention to detail and excellent writing skills—most of the job is explaining why one solution is better than another.
• You actually enjoy reading documentation and specs.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fully asynchronous, low-oversight remote environment.
• Strong code-review instincts: can spot logic errors, performance traps, and security issues quickly.

What is Not Needed

• No prior RLHF or AI-training experience required.
• You don't need deep machine-learning knowledge—if you can review code and explain your reasoning, we'll teach you the RLHF bits.
