Job summary
A medical technology company in Tijuana seeks an Associate II, Quality to lead multi-functional teams as an Owner of Field Interventions. You will be responsible for managing Field Actions to closure and collaborating with internal departments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering, 3-5 years of experience in the Medical Device or Pharma industry, and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. English proficiency (B2+) is required.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Medical Device or Pharma company.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-functional teams as an Owner of Field Interventions.
- Handle Field Actions to closure.
- Lead departmental activities and collaborate with internal customers.
