As the Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business in Mexico and the United States.
Your primary responsibility will be to establish and cultivate strong relationships with enterprise-size chains within the food and beverage industry. By leveraging your extensive industry experience and a proven track record, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, drive sales, and exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target enterprise-size chains in Mexico and the United States and other Latin America markets.
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the food industry, focusing on restaurant chains, retail, and hospitality groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels within targeted organizations.
- Understand clients' business needs and pain points, and effectively articulate how our platform can provide value and solve their challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, both in-person and remotely, showcasing the features, benefits, and ROI of our solution.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and any other required sales processes to secure new partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless onboarding and implementation process for new clients.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically targeting enterprise-size chains within the food industry in Mexico or the United States.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Top 10% in your current company/division.
- In-depth understanding of the food industry, including restaurant operations, hospitality, and technology stack (POS, ordering, delivery).
- Strong network of contacts within the food industry, particularly at the enterprise level, with the ability to leverage those relationships to generate new business.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key decision-makers.
- Self‑motivated and driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools to manage and monitor sales activities effectively.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
