It’s an exciting time to join our rapidly growing Accounting team in Mexico City, with ample development opportunities and a dynamic environment.

We are seeking a Senior Billings Analyst to join our Accounting team. You will report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting, and work remotely from Mexico.

• Facilitating billing adjustments and validations
• Assisting collections with account reconciliation
• Managing monthly billing close processes, including reconciliations
• Preparing reports related to invoicing and accounts receivable
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve AR issues
• Assessing and improving current policies and procedures
• Supporting customer onboarding, account setup, and third-party systems management

• 4-5+ years of AR/Billing experience in a high-growth environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience handling high volumes of various billing types, including usage-based and revenue deferrals
• Strong Excel skills and experience with large data sets
• Familiarity with G-Suite, Salesforce, and ERP systems like Netsuite
• Quick learner with adaptability to new software and concepts
• Public company experience is a plus
