A medical device manufacturing company in Tijuana is seeking a Production Manager. Responsibilities include setting production goals, managing staff, and maintaining production costs. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and up to 5 years of experience in medical device manufacturing. Excellent communication skills and team leadership are essential.

Formación

• Experience in medical device manufacturing up to 5 years.
• Experience in production metrics (Yield, productivity, scrap, etc.).
• Experience in production meetings and production reports.

Responsabilidades

• Set clear goals and priorities for the Production group.
• Maintain appropriate headcount and staff levels to support strategic priorities.
• Develop strategies, systems, and methods for achieving strategic priorities.
• Regularly report results to management.
• Support the dissemination and maintenance of company culture.
• Manage activities to implement Master Production Schedule requirements.
• Maintain production costs to meet budget and forecast requirements.
• Manage activities to reduce manufacturing costs.
• Develop knowledge and skill base of production staff.
