A leading technology firm is seeking a professional for a remote role in Mexico to oversee the integration of L2C Omni capabilities and collaborate with various stakeholders. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality across teams and vendors.

Job description
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with possible extension for 2026.
Location: Remote – anywhere in Mexico.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee integration of L2C Omni capabilities (Salesforce CRM, Field Execution, Customer Service to the Mexico Market, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.
  • Develop deep expertise in the end-to-end Systems integration to be able to lead thinking on the most effective and efficient way that RC can be “Easier to work WITH and FOR”.
  • Collaborate closely with the Run & Grow, COE, Americas EOS Business Team, CXO, and data to ensure the successful completion of milestones.
  • Engage with external partners, including third-party vendors such as Salesforce.com, System Integrators, and Business Integrators, to facilitate seamless integration and support.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum three years of experience in the demand/sales function, and ideally with experience in the integration of new digital capabilities
  • Has Salesforce and other system Integration experience (deployment or day-to-day support)
  • Experience in driving integration changes and interface impacts across teams
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering through others and creating collaborative relationships.
  • Good communication, especially in English, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to a career in business transformation
  • Ability to understand business functionality and translate it into application interface requirements
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and systems interdependencies
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products
  • Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and influence project decisions
  • Strong understanding of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk, and security guidelines, and architecture standards
