Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Talent Screening & Recruitment Specialist to support our recruiting operations and ensure a world-class candidate experience.

Your main responsibility will be to screen and interview candidates, assessing their qualifications and fit before sending them to clients. You’ll also assist with various operational and administrative recruiting tasks to help keep the talent pipeline moving efficiently.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys talking to people, and has a strong sense for evaluating talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Screening & Interviews: conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for clients.
  • Ensure a consistent, structured evaluation process across all roles.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
Client Delivery & Collaboration
  • Ensure screened candidates are qualified and presented promptly to clients.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and account managers to align on hiring needs.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve candidate quality and recruitment flow.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
  • Proven ability to conduct candidate screenings and interviews effectively.
  • Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or higher) — both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to evaluate both technical and soft skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
  • A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, startup or agency-style recruiting environments.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.).
  • Prior experience supporting client-facing recruiting projects.
