A global technology solutions provider is seeking a qualified Salesforce Deployment Leader to drive the end-to-end deployment of Salesforce modules in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and stakeholder engagement, along with 3+ years of relevant experience. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with remote working flexibility available.

Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM deployment or sales operations.
  • Ability to understand business functionality and translate it into application requirements.
  • Proven experience with Agile or hybrid deployment methodologies.

  • Lead end-to-end deployment of Salesforce modules for Field Sales and Customer Care.
  • Drive change management initiatives for successful user adoption.

Overview

Duration: Initial 6-month contract with possible extension for 2026. Location: Remote – anywhere in Mexico.

Responsibilities
  • Salesforce Deployment Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end deployment of Salesforce modules for Field Sales and Customer Care.
  • Collaborate with global and regional IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ensure alignment with global architecture and data governance standards.
  • Change & Adoption Management
  • Drive change management initiatives in collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure successful user adoption.
  • Deploy training plans, onboarding materials, and support structures for field and care teams, tailored to the Mexican market.
  • Process Optimization
  • Identify and implement process improvements enabled by Salesforce capabilities.
  • Harmonize workflows across sales and customer service functions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local business teams.
  • Conduct feedback sessions and continuous improvement loops.
  • Performance Tracking
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for deployment aligned with the business.
  • Monitor system usage, data quality, and business impact post-implementation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM deployment or sales operations.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to understand business functionality and translate it into application requirements
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas
  • Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and influence project decisions
  • Proven experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service).
  • Experience in the CPG or FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid deployment methodologies.
  • Certification in Salesforce or Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
