Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our advisory team. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to start a career in investment banking. As an Analyst, you will support the execution of M&A and capital advisory transactions across various industries, while working closely with senior team members and gaining exposure to high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
Assist in preparing client presentations, information memorandums, teasers, and other deliverables
Conduct market research, company analysis, and industry benchmarking
Support deal execution through due diligence, data room management, and stakeholder coordination
Collaborate with Analysts, Associates, and senior leadership on active mandates
Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning core investment banking skills
Required Qualifications
Strong academic background in finance, economics, business, or related field
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Clear and effective communication skills (Spanish and English fluency required)
Located in Latin America or the United States, or willing to work remotely in EST/CST time zones
Preferred Qualifications
Internship experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or related fields
Familiarity with the Latin America and Caribbean markets
Interest in sectors such as infrastructure, consumer, TMT, financial services, or industrials
