We are looking for an analytical, math-driven Performance Media Buyer with proven experience running campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, and native advertising platforms. This role is not just about pushing buttons in Ads Manager, as we need someone who thrives on solving complex problems, interprets data with clarity, and treats campaign management like a science.
You will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing multi-channel ad campaigns that drive high-quality leads while meeting aggressive ROAS goals. Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, quantitative discipline, and the ability to move fast in a startup environment.
