We are seeking a creative and proactive Graphic Designer to join a dynamic remote team, contributing to visually compelling digital experiences across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of products and campaigns, producing high-quality designs for web, social media, ads, and motion graphics. The position requires a blend of creativity, technical skill, and data-informed iteration, ensuring every design supports business goals and user engagement. You will collaborate closely with product, growth, and creative teams, translating ideas into visually consistent, premium assets. • Maintain and evolve visual identity across layout, color, typography, iconography, and image style.
• Translate brand guidelines into reusable systems, including component libraries, templates, and grids.
• Design high-performing ad creatives for platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Produce static and motion-ready assets, collaborating with editors and animators as needed.
• Design UI elements for landing pages, dashboards, onboarding flows, and other product touchpoints.
• Create visuals for lifecycle campaigns, email headers, in-app banners, and educational content.
• Use AI and design tools for exploration, versioning, and asset generation while maintaining quality.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate designs based on performance metrics, usability, and user engagement.

• 3–5+ years of digital design experience, ideally in DTC, tech/SaaS, health/wellness, or high-growth startups.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, social content, landing pages, web layouts, and visual systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator); motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere) are a plus.
• Understanding of performance design for CTR, CVR, and small-screen readability.
• Strong sense of composition, hierarchy, spacing, and simplicity; ability to make complex information feel clean and premium.
• Experience working with and refining brand guidelines.
• Comfortable using AI tools for exploration and asset creation while maintaining human-quality control.
• Excellent visual communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment with shifting priorities.
• Genuine interest in longevity, performance, and health-related content is desirable.
