Descripción del empleo

You’re naturally organized and love creating order from chaos. You’ve already been the person keeping complex workstreams moving and holding things together in a fast-moving environment.

You turn checklists and spreadsheets into clean systems, keep people aligned, and run projects without constant firefighting. When something breaks, you find the cause and drive the fix.

Now you’re ready for the next step: leading a small team, owning delivery, and being the go-to person for keeping processes running smoothly and fixing them when they don’t.

This role is primarily focused on running our Marketing Operations engine (80–85%), with a smaller Executive Operations lane (15–20%).

With Us, You’ll
  • Manage a small operations pod (3–4 people) responsible for promos, webinars, email campaigns, and internal trainings

  • Own end-to-end execution on key operational projects, not just supporting them

  • Investigate and fix broken processes, events, and automations instead of escalating them

  • Maintain and refine systems and checklists that keep the team moving fast without chaos

  • Work closely with our Marketing Project Manager and senior creatives to keep operations clean and predictable

  • Protect CEO and CSO time by running a tight inbox triage and calendar playbook

First, a little about us.

Who We Are

AmpiFire helps businesses get hyper-targeted traffic by posting content everywhere. Our system automatically publishes content across hundreds of platforms including X/Twitter, YouTube, Google News, Apple Podcasts, and more.

We’re bootstrapped, profitable, and focused on smart, long-term growth. No funding drama. No vanity metrics. Just steady execution and happy clients.

Note: This role focuses on operations, coordination, and pod management rather than high-level marketing or creative strategy. Others handle strategy. Your job is to run the engine that turns plans into flawless action.

Why This Role Will Accelerate Your Career
1. Operational Ownership

You’ll be the person ensuring critical promos, webinars, and campaigns actually happen. Your work has a visible, direct impact on how smoothly the company runs.

2. Build Systems That Scale

You’ll improve and maintain processes, templates, and checklists that continue working as volume and complexity increase.

3. Modern Operations Stack

You’ll work hands-on with tools like AEvent, Zoom, HubSpot, Ongage, spreadsheets, and project platforms. You’ll sharpen system thinking, automation logic, and operational decision-making.

4. Remote-First, Stable Team

We’ve been profitable since day one. You’ll work remotely, align with EST/PST hours, and join a team that values ownership, clarity, and long-term thinking.
