This fully remote role demands a minimum of 5 years in accounting, particularly in MCA finance, with responsibilities including overseeing bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance management. Ideal candidates will have strong QuickBooks skills, an understanding of US GAAP, and the ability to lead an offshore team. Must be English-speaking with a detail-oriented mindset.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance leadership roles.
• Must have MCA finance/accounting experience.
• High proficiency in QuickBooks and understanding of US GAAP.
• Ability to manage multiple bank accounts and high-volume transactions.
• Experience overseeing offshore finance staff.

Responsabilidades

• Own all accounting and bookkeeping across both entities.
• Manage payroll, commissions, wires, and payouts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting: cash flow, P&L, balance sheet.
• Oversee an offshore accounting team and ensure accuracy.
• Proactively identify process gaps and enforce clean systems.
