POSITION SUMMARY

Provides financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring invoices are processed, verified, and reconciled according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner. Main relations are with the Purchasing Department to resolve purchase order issues, along with Americas Accounting Clerks, Payments Analysts, and the AP team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Receive and process invoices for payment in a timely manner, following established processes and timelines in Oracle.
2. Follow up on invoices on-hold status until final processing.
3. Correct AP invoices in the ERP when needed.
4. Perform ad-hoc activities as required by management.
5. Prepare import-related reports, MIS, and analyze them.
6. Maintain good knowledge of the Procure to Pay cycle.
7. Participate in continuous improvement projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Currently studying at the University (preferably in accounting) or holding a Technical Accounting Diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or payments positions.
• At least 1 year in a Customer Service role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Practical knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite is preferred; experience with SAP, LES, or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, committed to delivering results, capable of meeting multiple deadlines, and able to work under pressure.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's or College Degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent is a plus.

Additional / Preferred Qualifications:

No specific physical or environmental requirements; mainly for manufacturing jobs.

Time Travel Needed: 5%
