A leading cloud technology company is seeking a Developer to enhance their analytics platform. You will design, develop, and troubleshoot software applications while collaborating with technical teams. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in software engineering, strong knowledge of data structures and multithreading, and familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker. This position is based in Mexico, Jalisco, and requires passion for new technology innovations.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering or related experience.

Overview

As a Developer of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge to architecture, design, prototype, troubleshooting and development of the various aspects of analytics platform. Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) is a comprehensive business analytics and business intelligence platform that delivers a full range of analytic and reporting capabilities. OAC is a market leading Business Intelligence platform of products that provides Enterprise-class level performance, security, scalability and manageability apart from the very advanced and innovative features in core analytics. OAC is built on open and standards based platform, integrated with Oracle Middleware technology and platform, and delivered as both standalone offering and embedded in the next generation Oracle Fusion Applications, for both on-premise and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5+ years of software engineering or related experience.
• Computer Science degree
• Strong knowledge of data structure & algorithms
• Extensive experience in using building and diagnosing multithreaded applications
• Exposure to Kubernetes & Docker
• Ability to design large, scalable systems for enterprise customers
• Strong passion and interest in learning and working on new technology innovations
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills, with a proven track record of working with technical and non-technical personnel
