We are currently searching for a Marketing Automation Training & Enablement Specialist:

• Design and deliver live and on-demand training sessions on marketing automation tools and processes.
• Create practical training materials such as guides, FAQs, and knowledge articles.
• Maintain a structured curriculum adapted to different roles and levels.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to identify knowledge gaps.
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust enablement strategies accordingly.

• 4+ years of experience in enablement, training, or instructional design within MarTech environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and similar marketing automation platforms.
• Professional English proficiency.

• Instructional Design certification.
• Experience working with Agile, Jira, and Confluence

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
