The Job:

As a B2C Analyst you will analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and needs, enabling the company to adapt its products, services, and marketing strategies to better satisfy its target audience.

You’ll get to:

Monitor inventory, billing, and orders, collaborating with the operations and Customer Service teams. Track inventory, billing, and orders in coordination with logistics, Customer Service, and accounts receivable. Oversee the annual commercial plan for promotions and content, working closely with marketing and commercial teams. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, identifying opportunities in sales, inventory, traffic, or conversion. Lead e-commerce initiatives with cross-functional business teams including finance, marketing, logistics, Customer Service, and commercial teams.

  • Experience in database analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and KPI report generation.
