A leading global tech company is looking for a Digital Presales Solution Architect in Mexico City. This hybrid role involves supporting sales with pricing solutions, collaborating with teams, and utilizing technical knowledge to design solutions that meet customer requirements. Candidates should hold a technical degree and have 2-4 years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset are essential for success in this position.

The LAC Solutions Center is part of the WW Presales – Solutions centers and Deal centers organization.
It complements Geos capabilities providing an uniquely high-value mix of capabilities and resources, providing solutioning and pricing for HPE Portfolios (HPE GreenLake, Operational Services and Managed Services), with turnaround times and deliverables expectations.
LAC Solutions Center provides services to LAC Geos as well as to Direct customers and Partners.
Technical background is valued (Knowledge about Servers, virtualization technologies, Storage and Networking) - mandate for E2E solutioning
