A leading sports brand is seeking a Digital Marketing professional in Mexico City. This role involves leading the Latam territory team, deploying innovative digital marketing strategies, and driving engagement through online platforms. Ideal candidates will have 4-5+ years of experience in Brand or Digital Marketing, a passion for sports, and strong leadership and communication skills. This position is pivotal in connecting consumers to the brand through digital excellence and innovation.

In this role you will report directly into the Digital Marketing Director and will be a member of the Digital Latam Marketing Team. The role partners with the Digital leads of each territory, NDDC Mexico Team, APLA Marketing, Nike Digital teams, and cross functional partners such as Brand Creative, Retail, Media and Brand Planning & Operations.
We are in search of a professional with a deep understanding of the consumer, their lifestyle, and how they shop online. We need someone able to deliver on Brand and Business objectives, connecting our consumers with the innovation, experiences and stories that position Nike as an industry leading sport and lifestyle brand. A team player and a go-getter, curious and eager to innovate, to test & fail and learn & evolve. Who values the importance of data and consumer insights and appreciate the creative process. Understand marketing technology, the role of online to offline, direct-to-consumer channels, and is always ready to be a thought partner a digital evangelist and a consumer advocate.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting and driving the digital marketing vision and strategies across Latin America territories. Demonstrating an agility to learn amidst a complex digital environment. This position is based in Mexico City.
