Chief Digital Officer (CDO) – LATAM Region.

We are seeking an innovative and visionary Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead the digital transformation and strategy of our organization in the LATAM region.

As a key executive, you will drive digital initiatives, enhance consumer engagement, and strengthen our competitive edge.

• Define and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals, identifying opportunities to leverage digital technologies for growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead the adoption of digital tools and platforms across all business functions, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to drive digital excellence.
• Enhance consumer experience through digital channels, personalized marketing, and innovative engagement strategies while utilizing data-driven insights to refine customer interactions and improve brand loyalty.
• Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, machine learning, and IoT, into business operations, partnering with IT and other departments to ensure seamless technology implementation.
• Develop and oversee strategies for effective data collection, analysis, and utilization, driving informed decision-making through actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, sales, and IT teams to align digital efforts across the organization and act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership regarding digital initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing digital team, encouraging professional growth and creativity within the department.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, driving digital transformation in consumer-focused industries.
• Expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Strong understanding of the LATAM consumer market and its unique dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields required; MBA preferred.
