From the beginning, the new colleague will receive training at one of the Group's notable production plants in Serbia, learning to act as a Production Manager.

Combining strategic vision with a practical approach, the Production Manager will:

1. Contribute to improving various production processes by analyzing and testing working methods to increase efficiency.
2. Be actively involved in the daily operations of the plant.
3. Manage a team of operators and collaborate with technical managers.
4. Handle main organizational and industrial issues of the production plant.
