About the Team

The LIVE Operations team is passionate about TikTok LIVE. We focus on championing and optimizing TikTok LIVE by working with creators to ensure a creative, fun, and safe environment for all users.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Growth Manager to help us develop the next generation of Top LIVE Creators. Your role will involve incentivizing creators through education, campaigns, and promotions, particularly targeting un-managed, beginner creators, with the goal of developing them into consistent and monetizing creators.

This role requires a structured project manager, excellent communicator, master executor, and skilled data analyst, as success measurement and strategy iteration are essential parts of the job.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our Strategy team to create and implement strategies to mobilize emerging creators in Italy, aiming to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Define operational strategies for different creator segments (not going LIVE, recently gone LIVE, low income, mid income, etc.), monitor revenue growth, and meet monthly targets. Maintain data structures for these segments.
• Coordinate creation and deployment of video ads to promote going LIVE, write copy, and send in-app push notifications to increase LIVE participation and monetization.
• Develop educational programs for emerging creators, deciding on formats (text, video, webinars, email), creating a monthly schedule, and deploying content.
• Build and lead an Emerging Creators Community, selecting channels and representing the community as the 'face.'
• Create, configure, and launch campaigns with rewards, customizing for different creator segments, monitoring effectiveness, and localizing campaigns to cultural moments.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product, and Marketing teams to execute these activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Strategy, Growth, Education, or Creator Management roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data daily, generate hypotheses, and iterate strategies
• Adaptability to a startup environment, multitasking, and wearing multiple hats
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Italian for stakeholder communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in tech or content platforms
• Knowledge of livestream ecosystems and applications
• Additional language skills, such as Chinese, are advantageous
