We are assisting a top law firm in Milan that is growing and expanding to recruit a Banking Associate - ideally with 3-6 years post-bar experience.

You will be Italian bar admitted and have experience in general banking matters such as real estate finance, acquisition finance, structured finance (including securitisations, NPLs, and trade receivables financing).

The Partner is well respected in their field and has extensive experience in providing assistance to a wide range of clients in banking and private debt transactions, including corporate lending, real estate finance, acquisition finance, structured finance, and securitisations.
