Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to lead and support our audio production team for a series of engaging shows. The role involves overseeing all aspects of audio production, analyzing show performance, managing schedules, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance content quality and listener engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support a team of producers and audio leads to create high-quality shows that retain listeners across all stages.
2. Analyze show performance and conduct root cause analysis for any drops in listenership.
3. Manage production schedules, oversee recording sessions, and coordinate with sound engineers and post-production teams.
4. Lead all facets of audio production, including scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
5. Collaborate with content teams to plan resources according to the content pipeline.
6. Contribute creative ideas regarding sound design, production processes, and final output.
7. Provide feedback to talent to help them reach their full potential.
8. Work with Category and Program Managers to manage P&L for the category, including interactions with talent and their representatives.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Fluent in Italian (native) and English.
• Experience or background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating successful shows.
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and strong project management skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with talent and their representatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and collaborate across diverse backgrounds.

Location: Anywhere in Italy (Remote)
