This is an international local company specialized in automatic machines.

Offerta

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project management, and other departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to acquire tools, materials, and services within budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
  • Analyze and review supplier proposals, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with project specifications and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate all the procurement processes, including issuing purchase orders, tracking main deliveries, and resolving any supply chain issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.

Competenze ed esperienza

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the machinery sector.
  • 5-8 years of experience in procurement processes, supply chain management, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software/tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
