• Your mission

We are seeking an enthusiastic

• Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
• to join our leadership team, and to hire and build the HR dept. In this pivotal role, you will have full responsibility for all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. You will lead and manage the HR department, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.

You will be reporting to the CEO and will be in charge of the following :

• Building the HR department
• Recruiting and setting up the entire department after AccessiWay became part of the team.blue group;
• Developing and Implementing HR Strategies
• Aligning HR policies and initiatives with the organization's overall business objectives to promote growth and efficiency;
• Talent Acquisition and Management
• Overseeing recruitment processes to attract top talent and manage programs for employee development, performance management, and succession planning;
• Employee Relations and Engagement
• Fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting engagement, and ensuring alignment with the company's culture and values;
• Compensation and Benefits Management
• Designing and managing competitive compensation structures and benefits programs to attract and retain talent;
• Compliance and Legal Oversight
• Ensuring all HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks and maintaining ethical standards;
• HR Technology and Data Management
• Leveraging HR information systems and data analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes;
• Leadership and Team Management
• Providing guidance and support to the HR team, ensuring effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
• Requirements
• At least 10 years of experience in HR, of which at least 5 years in a leadership role in a SaaS company, possibly in high-growth environments;
• High proficiency in English;
• Experience with HR tools (i.e., HRISs, ATSs, etc);
• Willingness to embrace the complexities of scaling, to get involved in operational tasks where necessary, and remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support Accessiway’s growth;
• Expertise in talent acquisition, culture building, change management, and compliance;
• Proven track record of developing and implementing scalable HR strategies;
• Experience in hiring, and leading distributed teams, and in managing global HR operations;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess workforce data and make data-driven decisions;
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.

This position is based in Turin, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will be expected to work on-site at our headquarters for 2 days per week. The remaining days can be fulfilled remotely, offering flexibility while maintaining collaboration with our dynamic team. Our office is situated in the heart of Turin, providing easy access to public transportation and local amenities.
