Legal Counsel - Apprenticeship
Job summary
A leading financial institution in Italy is offering an apprenticeship in its Legal Team located in Brescia. The successful candidate will assist in analyzing legal issues, drafting documentation, and managing reporting processes. Ideal candidates will possess a Master's degree in Law and at least 6 months of relevant experience in banking or legal sectors. Fluency in both Italian and English (C1) is essential, with knowledge of French being a plus. This opportunity is expected to begin in mid-January 2026.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience in the banking and financial department of a top-tier law firm or in the legal division of an investment bank.
- In-depth knowledge of civil, commercial and corporate law.
- Excellent proficiency in Italian and English (minimum level C1).
Responsibilities
- Support the Legal Team in analyzing legal issues submitted.
- Draft, review and execute contractual, corporate and notarial documentation.
- Manage administrative and reporting processes.

The Legal Team of Crédit Agricole CIB Italy offers an apprenticeship opportunity in the Milan Office. The resource will support the Legal Team mainly in respect of the following tasks :
- Analysis of legal issues submitted to the legal team
- Review, drafting and execution of contractual, corporate and notarial documentation
- Management of administrative, operational and reporting processes
- Direct assistance to various bank departments
- Support on corporate affairs and legal analysis
- Master's degree or single-cycle degree in Law
- At least 6 months experience in the banking and financial department of a top‑tier law firm or in the legal division of an investment bank
- In‑depth knowledge of civil, commercial and corporate law
- Predisposition to work in a team in a demanding professional environment with precision, reliability and commitment
- Open‑minded, flexible and sociable
- Italian : excellent (minimum level C1)
- English : excellent (minimum level C1)
- French is a plus
- Proficiency in Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
