We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented person to join our team as a Front Office and Admissions Officer . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for perspective and current students, ensuring that their experience with our school is smooth, informative, and enjoyable.

• Front Office Management : Greet and assist students, visitors, and staff with inquiries, providing excellent customer service in person, via email / CRM, and over the phone.
• Admissions Process : Handle all aspects of the admissions process, from initial inquiries to enrollment, including providing information on courses, fees, and visa requirements.
• Student Support : Assist students with administrative needs, including course registration, payments, and accommodation arrangements.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of student information, admissions data, and payments using our internal systems.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for students from inquiry to course completion.
• Problem Solving : Address and solve any issues or concerns students may have, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

• Previous experience in a front office, admissions, or customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Experience in content creation (photography, videography, and writing).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English and Italian; another language skill is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
