What we are building

Pubstack’s product is an Ad Management SaaS platform for web publishers, created in 2018.

We currently partner with over 100 premium publishers across Europe.

The Opportunity :

As a Technical Account Manager, you will manage client relationships within the Southern Europe Business Unit, reporting to the Country Manager in Southern Europe and the Head of TAM.

You will handle onboarding new clients, ensure seamless implementation, and lead pre-sales engagements to demonstrate Pubstack’s platform value.

Your role is strategic and hands-on, acting as a trusted advisor to publishers and ensuring their long-term success through technical guidance and collaboration.

Based in Italy and an Italian speaker only.

What will you do?

• Proactively identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks with customers.
• Work closely with your Country Manager to ensure long-term customer health through excellent support.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager to demonstrate value during presales.
• Troubleshoot performance issues related to client-side or Google Ad Manager setup and escalate when necessary.
• Provide platform training and onboarding to customers and prospects.
• Share Ad Tech knowledge internally and externally.
• Manage a diverse scope of topics across multiple client engagements.
• Offer guidance on optimizing ad stack setup to generate more revenue.
• Coordinate with other teams and escalate issues as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends by participating in webinars and events.

Who are we looking for?

• 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in pre-sales, technical consulting, or similar in ad tech.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude with a passion for delivering value.
• Comfortable acting as a strategic partner influencing technical and business decisions.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to success.
