Possible Tasks in Our Cross-Industry Client Projects :

  • Interface function with all management levels, clients, and teams (stakeholder management)
  • Project coordination & project management office (the PMO is the organizational backbone of any large-scale project)
  • Creation and revision of professional presentations and charts for a C-Level audience
  • Reporting and controlling tasks
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings and workshops
  • Executive Support as a virtual PA / EA with a focus on calendar management
  • Proven work experience in an assistant or PMO role (project assistant, junior project manager, PMO consultant, project controlling, executive assistant, virtual assistant)
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills, enjoyment in second-line management
  • Hands-on mentality, flexibility, and willingness to travel to Germany if needed
  • Confident communication and professional demeanor when interacting with demanding executives
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and affinity for modern tools (e.g., SharePoint, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Miro)
  • Successfully completed studies (e.g., humanities, social sciences, business administration, foreign languages) or completed vocational training
  • Nice to have : experience with agile PM methods like Scrum and any project management certificates such as IPMA, Prince2, etc.
