1. Greet clients warmly and ensure a friendly and professional atmosphere in the reception area.
2. Answer phone calls, messages and emails, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
3. Provide information to clients about services, pricing, and procedures the clinic offers.
4. Process payments accurately and maintain records of transactions.
5. Assist clients with filling out forms and gathering necessary information for their appointments.
6. Coordinate with the aesthetic and therapist departments to ensure a smooth flow of clients and effective communication.
7. Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate staff when necessary.
8. Follow clinic policies and procedures regarding confidentiality, safety, and hygiene protocols.
9. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist in the hospitality industry (Spa, Clinic, or Hotel).
2. Proficiency in English (fluent in reading, writing, and speaking).
3. Residing in Bali.
