• Proven experience in pastry manufacturing as a Production Manager/Head.

• Experience managing approximately 20 production staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage production processes including quality control.
• Inspect choux pastry directly and implement improvements.
• Prepare production reports for the Factory Director.
