A leading corporation in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director. This role involves managing the executive's calendar, coordinating communications, and making travel arrangements with utmost professionalism. As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will be the Managing Director’s indispensable right hand, orchestrating both corporate priorities and personal commitments with flawless precision.
Own the Managing Director’s calendar: schedule, confirm, and optimize meetings, appointments, and business engagements.
Act as the bridge between the Managing Director and internal stakeholders (leadership, department heads, staff) as well as external partners and clients.
Track project milestones, prepare status updates, and drive follow-ups to keep initiatives on course.
Draft, edit, and produce high-impact documents, presentations, and business correspondence.
Arrange complex travel itineraries including flights, visas, accommodation, and on-the-ground logistics.
Coordinate the Managing Director’s personal schedule, errands, and ad-hoc requests to free up executive bandwidth.
Manage personal communications with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Plan and execute private travel, events, and appointments, ensuring every detail is covered.
Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all professional and personal matters related to the Managing Director.
Maintain meticulous records and filing systems for both business and personal activities.
Anticipate needs, manage shifting priorities, and resolve conflicts proactively.
Communicate fluently in English and Indonesian across business and social settings.
Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or high-profile principals.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Absolute discretion, integrity, and a service‑oriented attitude.
Flexibility to manage extended hours, changing priorities, and occasional travel.
